SISTER Ponytail started with a problem.

Our founder, Jackie, could never find a ponytail extension with enough volume to properly cover her braid. She ordered sample after sample, hoping one would finally work. None of them did.

The braid was still visible.

She kept thinking, what if there was something made just to cover it?

Jackie began sketching ideas straight away. Together with her sister, the design became the SISTER piece a second layer created to wrap around and hide the braid completely.

From that moment, the journey began. Countless prototypes were made, factories were visited, and Jackie travelled to Vietnam to perfect the product. Packaging, logo and patents followed as the idea slowly became a brand.

Founder Jackie wanted to create a ponytail that could finally hide the braid without complicated styling or extra hair. To bring the idea to life, she showed her sketches to her sister, who had always been the better artist, and asked her to help redraw the design.

As they worked through the details together, discussing how the different parts would function, her sister paused, looked at the drawing, and said,

“Ah… it’s like sisters.”

How do I apply it?

Braid your hair into a low ponytail.

Slide in the built in comb.

Close the SISTER piece over your braid and secure it with pins.

Do I need extra hair to hide my braid?

No. The SISTER piece is designed to naturally cover your braid without extra hairpieces or complicated styling.

What is the ponytail made of?

100% real human hair, designed to feel soft, full and move naturally with you.

How long does it last?

With proper care, your SISTER Ponytail can last several years, often more than three years.

How long it lasts depends on how often you wear it, how frequently you style it with heat, and how you store and care for it between uses. With gentle handling and proper storage, it will continue to stay soft, full and beautiful over time.

Can I style it with heat?

Yes, you can use heat styling tools. We recommend using low heat and always applying a heat protectant to maintain the quality of the hair for longer.

Is it heavy or uncomfortable?

No. While full and voluminous (145 g), it is designed to feel lightweight and secure for all day wear.

If you experience discomfort, small adjustments in how you secure your braid or place the comb can make a big difference in achieving a stable and comfortable fit.

How do I wash it?

Use cold water and a sulfate free shampoo.

Gently detangle before washing, rinse carefully, and allow the ponytail to air dry.

Can I travel with it?

Yes. Every ponytail includes a luxury storage box, perfect for safe storage and travel.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the ponytail remains sealed on its original hygiene card within 14 days of purchase.

If the seal has been removed or the product has been handled, it cannot be returned.

Shipping within Sweden takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.

International delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 business days depending on destination.
