How do I put it on?

Just braid your hair, slide in the comb, close the Sister Part™, and pin. You’re done in under 60 seconds, no glue, no blending, no stress.

Do I need extra hair to hide my braid?

Not at all. The Sister Part™ is built to cover your braid naturally. No extra hairpieces or blending required.

What is the ponytail made of?

100% real human hair, soft, sleek, and designed to move like your own.

How long does it last?

With proper care, your ponytail can last several years. It’s a long-term beauty essential.

Can I style it with heat?

Yes, you can—but we recommend using low heat and always applying a heat protectant. While it’s heat-friendly, minimizing heat styling will help keep your ponytail looking flawless for longer.

Is it heavy or uncomfortable?

Nope! It’s full (145g), but designed to be lightweight and secure enough for all-day wear. If you feel any discomfort, it likely means the ponytail isn’t attached quite right. Take your time to find the method that works best for your hair—adjusting how you fasten the hairpin can make all the difference for a stable, pain-free fit.

How do I wash it?

What’s your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the ponytail remains sealed to its original hygiene card.

If removed or handled, it cannot be returned.

For our first drop, we currently ship within Sweden.
